Shipping Policy

Yellow Bee orders are packed on the Sunshine Coast and shipped within Australia using Australia Post.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched every day. Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, you’ll receive tracking by email. Tracking may take a little time to activate.

Delivery

Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Australia Post delays, public holidays, and regional or remote addresses may extend delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $150. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout for orders of $150 or less.

Australia only

Yellow Bee currently ships within Australia only.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before placing your order. If something is wrong, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page. We can update the address only if the order has not been dispatched.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, contact us and we’ll check it with Australia Post. If tracking shows delivered, first check around the property and with anyone else at the address.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and product.
